Greetings From Kristen will accept returns on any product that is defective and will issue a full refund for the defective item. The original invoice must be included with the return. Other than defective items, due to the artistic nature of the products that we offer, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made unless the product is returned in its original unopened package.
