God's Word On Our Lips
Ps 138:2
2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
God magnified the Word above His name-it's HIS TRUTH, it's HIS COMMUNICATION. He said exactly what He wanted to say. He communicated to man exactly what He wanted to communicate. We can trust the Word of God that it is exactly what He means. It has integrity.
Isa 55:11
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
God will surely bring His Word to pass, to fruition, to accomplishment, to fulfillment.
When we say less, we will live less.
When we think less, we will believe less.
When we believe less, we will receive less.
Because we are then living by sense knowledge and not by "Word" knowledge.
Mark 11:23-24
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
The words we say are important.
The words we think are vitally linked to what we believe.
Not only must we SAY and THINK what God's Word says, but we must ACT UPON the words of GOD.
Col 1:12-13
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
We have been delivered by Christ!
There are two forces in life- SPIRITUAL. There are two kingdoms. We are in God's family now.
Jesus Christ's work defeated Satan's hold over mankind.
The saved one, the born again one- does he not have LEGAL RIGHTS?!
REDEEMED?! SANCTIFIED?! RIGHTEOUS?!
Our confession, our words in reality our living: what we THINK, SAY, DO- should reflect the accomplished reality of the redemption of man and that we are citizens of a new and heavenly realm where sense knowledge does not have first place. The rules have changed.
The old rules were the rules of the five senses. That's all we had to go on. That's all we had to base our thinking upon, and our believing upon. When we had a roadblock, the road was truly blocked!
The new rule: CHRIST IN YOU. Filled with the power of God. Righteous. Get the picture?!
Eph 2:4-6
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Being seated in the heavenlies puts us above the din and confusion and the suffering of this world.
We are at GOD'S RIGHT HAND, seated next to Christ Jesus.
We are heirs of GOD, joint-heirs with Christ.
We are citizens of heaven.
Is it not about time that someone(s) said this in daily living?!
Rom 8:35-37
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
That is what GOD'S WORD says, what GOD PROMISES.
We have to SAY it, THINK it, rearrange our THOUGHTS to it, and ACT upon it.
SAY it out loud; shout it from the mountaintop....
Eph 3:20
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Our MOTTO- "Exceeding Abundantly Above."
Jesus Christ's accomplished reality FOR us.
GOD is WILLING. GOD is ABLE.
GOD loves His children. It is HIS good pleasure to give and to supply our every need.
Go to HIM in prayer to ask and to claim what He has said we should have.
Saying what GOD'S WORD says will always put you on top.
Act literally upon the promise of GOD and it literally will come to pass
